About Us

Located in the Cleveland, Ohio area, Walton Plastics is one of the fastest growing vinyl sheet and film extruders. Producing plastic from the highest quality resin compounds, Walton Plastics can tailor the product to fit your exact needs as far as color, texture, or weatherability.

The company can produce sheets from as thin as 0.010 inch (0.254mm) up to a maximum of 0.500 inches (12.70mm). The products can be cut to custom dimensions or coiled on standard 3” or 6” cores and a maximum width of 67 inches.

We offer low minimum order quantities and fast order processing.

Walton Plastics Adds Flexible Polyurethane (TPU) to PVC Product Line

Walton Hills, OH: Walton Plastics announces the addition of Flexible Polyurethanes (TPU) to its line of PVC extruded sheet and rolls.

Walton's Flexible Polyurethane has far reaching potential in many high performance applications due to its superior durability, toughness, chemical resistance and temperature flexibility. Some ideal applications include belting, tank lining membranes and flexible wall structures.

Walton Plastics now offers polyether, polyester and aliphatic-based TPUs to match customers' specific film and sheet requirements. Specialty grade polyurethanes are also available and include: halogenated and non-halogenated fire retardant, static dissipative and versions certified to many NSF, FDA and European standards.

• Hardness range: from 70 Shore A up to 60 Shore D.
• Custom thicknesses: from .030" thick to over .250" thick in a variety of widths.
