Walton Plastics - Corporate Information
Walton Plastics is an integral part of the GLT Companies.
The parent company, Great Lakes Textiles, Inc., was formed in 1956 to service industry as a source of specialty protective fabrics for various applications.
As technology progressed and vinyl became a viable protective covering, GLT formed Walton Plastics, Inc. At its inception, Walton Plastics utilized high speed extruders to produce high impact resistant products for use as protective coverings. Before long we attracted requirements for PVC needs to fill a far greater diversity of usage.
Today, Walton Plastics is a much different type of manufacturing company than at its start. While still producing PVC for industrial protective covering, Walton Plastics produces PVC sheet for a variety of industries including home appliances, vinyl siding, pallets, doors, hatcheries, safety headgear, windows and many more.
Walton Plastics production facility is in Cleveland, Ohio with distribution sites throughout the United States.
