TPU Flexible Polyurethane

Walton’s Flexible Polyurethane has far reaching potential in many high performance applications due to its superior durability, toughness, chemical resistance and temperature flexibility. Ideal for belting, tank lining membranes, bladders, flexible wall structures, and die cuts.

Walton Plastics now offers polyether, polyester and aliphatic-based TPUs to match customers’ specific film and sheet requirements. Specialty grade polyurethanes are also available and include: halogenated and non-halogenated fire retardant, static dissipative and versions certified to many NSF, FDA and European standards.  

• Hardness range: from 70 Shore A up to 60 Shore D.
